Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator at SAVI EHS to support our Human Resources and Operations teams.

This remote position (with occasional in-person meetings) plays a vital role in scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and communication with field employees.

The Administrator will act as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Build and maintain schedules for field staff and project assignments.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with employees to ensure engagement and clarity.

Human Resources Support

  • Coordinate and track onboarding documents for new hires.
  • Support HR processes by preparing welcome letters and maintaining employee records.

Technology & Equipment Management

  • Order laptops, phones, and company apparel for new hires.
  • Track and monitor equipment distribution to ensure accountability.

Insurance & Compliance

  • Request and follow up on Certificates of Insurance (COI) for ongoing projects.

Operations & Communication

  • Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating project-related tasks.
  • Contribute to social media activity to strengthen company presence.
  • Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an administrator or coordinator preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR processes or onboarding is a plus.
  • A positive, proactive mindset with adaptability to business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr, based on experience.
