We are actively seeking a BIM / VDC Engineer with strong Revit experience, deep knowledge of construction modeling, and a collaborative mindset to lead our virtual design initiatives.

  • 💰 Compensation: Based on Experience

🔧 What You'll Do

  • Lead BIM coordination across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration for design and construction workflows
  • Create precise 3D models using Revit 2020 and extract 2D construction drawings to support fabrication and field installation
  • Support electrical system layouts for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and control systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, field foremen, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project scope and deliverables
  • Assist in clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other coordination tools
  • Prepare and annotate models in Bluebeam, integrating markups from internal teams and field personnel
  • (Preferred) Support laser scanning integration for as-built modeling and site verification

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a BIM Engineer, VDC Designer, or similar role in construction technology
  • Proven expertise in Revit 2020; AutoCAD 2020, Navisworks, and Bluebeam proficiency a plus
  • (Preferred) Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, fabrication support, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with laser scanning technology and/or Trimble layout systems is a strong advantage
  • Ability to interpret construction documents and technical specifications
