Client Services Coordinator – Customer Experience & Dispatch Support - Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering outstanding client support,

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team and serve as the critical link between our customers, vendors, and internal departments.

This role is ideal for individuals experienced in administrative coordination, field service dispatching,

and customer service excellence, who thrive in fast-paced environments and bring

strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
  • Schedule: Monday through Sunday (Flexible Schedule May Be Required)
  • Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class customer service support by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through service offerings
  • Coordinate dispatch operations, assigning service technicians or drivers based on availability, priority, and location
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, service logs, and dispatch databases using CRM and scheduling software
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, ensuring all information is accurate, timely, and aligned with service needs
  • Proactively monitor field activity and respond to routing updates, emergencies, or delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and vendor management to meet client expectations
  • Perform quality checks, ensure compliance with company protocols, and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Contribute to proposal generation, service delivery planning, and post-service follow-up to build lasting client relationships

✅ Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years in customer service, dispatch coordination, or administrative support roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and dispatch scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle real-time logistics challenges
  • Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
