🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations for multi-million-dollar custom home projects
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, construction crews, and suppliers
• Ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining strict adherence to budget and quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
• Quickly and effectively resolve on-site issues to keep projects on track

🎯 Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience as a construction superintendent or in luxury custom home project management
• Proven track record managing high-end residential builds from start to finish
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Base Salary: $135K–$155K (DOE)
