Our Client: A leading online travel company.

Your Role: A skilled Arabic Content Writer to enhance our marketing communications across various platforms, including our website, mobile application, and customer engagement channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written Arabic, a keen understanding of cultural nuances, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, improve, and maintain on-funnel Arabic marketing content for our business lines on both the website and app.
  • Customer Engagement: Produce content for Customer Lifecycle Management assets, including notifications, emailers, and WhatsApp communications.
  • Performance Marketing: Create content for various performance marketing assets such as Search Engine Marketing copies, mobile app marketing banners and videos, brand display banners, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Design team to transform content into well-designed, on-brand assets.
  • Content Strategy: Establish workflows for conceptualizing, creating, editing, and proofreading content to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in intent, style, quality, and tone of voice, and is optimized for user experience across various communication channels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular benchmarking of competitors, both global and local, to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant content marketing experience, preferably with digital agencies, e-commerce, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses.
  • Exceptional creative writing skills with a strong command of both written and spoken Arabic.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills.
  • Awareness of industry trends and a passion for technology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
