RealREPP is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing owner/developer in the Dallas market to find a highly organized, customer-focused professional to serve as the face of their property management office.
This is not just a receptionist role — it's a chance to be at the center of daily operations for a high-profile commercial office asset portfolio, supporting customers, contractors, and visitors with Class A service and attention to detail.

💵 Salary: Competitive Base + Bonus
🎓 Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
🧰 Experience: 2+ years in customer service (real estate a plus)
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer support and positive interactions to tenants and visitors.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and welcoming guests.
- Oversee Yardi Work Order System updates and manage service requests efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building staff for maintenance and special events.
- Assist the Property Manager with event planning, tenant communications, and administrative projects.
- Prepare customer welcome kits, calendars, holiday cards, and building announcements.
- Support the Managing Director with scheduling, reporting, and general admin support.
- Ensure seamless functionality of internet and phone systems.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment by following emergency procedures as outlined in the building's manual.
✅ Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service (real estate experience highly valued).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
