About the job

Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Cybersecurity (US-Based)

Location: United States (Remote)

Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the cybersecurity space.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling customer inquiries and support related to cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support for clients using cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
  • Guide customers in utilizing security products to maximize value and address their needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve product and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products and solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
