Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Cybersecurity (US-Based)
Location: United States (Remote)
Our client, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the cybersecurity space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling customer inquiries and support related to cybersecurity products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support for clients using cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering clear and effective solutions.
- Guide customers in utilizing security products to maximize value and address their needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve product and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
