Position Overview

Prime Healthcar is seeking a personable, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team on a part-time, remote basis.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and partners, helping to resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, service information, and general support
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: 15–25 hours per week
  • Flexible shifts available (weekday, evening, and/or weekend options)
  • Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on experience
  • Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S.
