About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data from radio stations and verify compliance with reporting requirements
  • Assign files to the correct accounts and reporting periods with exceptional attention to detail
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize Salesforce for customer tracking and database updates
  • Schedule appointments and maintain up-to-date interaction logs
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and internal communication

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service representative jobs, preferably within a call center
  • Strong skills in data entry and CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain professionalism in high-volume environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience supporting non-profit organizations is a plus
