Com Laude, a global leader in domain portfolio management and online brand protection, is hiring a Customer Support Administrator to join our expanding Seattle-based hybrid team.
This is a client-facing administrative support role, ideal for entry-level professionals seeking hands-on experience in the tech-enabled intellectual property industry.
With a flexible work structure (50% remote, 50% in-office), this position offers an exciting path into the world of domain strategy and digital brand protection.
Your Responsibilities
As a technical client services administrator, you will support internal domain strategists in the delivery of high-quality service for leading global brands.
- Process client orders, maintain records, and ensure accurate fulfillment
- Assist with registry renewals, account clean-up, and documentation
- Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining a "white glove" customer experience
- Help track and escalate risk tickets and incident reports
- Support cross-functional communication and contribute to internal projects
- Gain hands-on training in Com Laude’s bespoke domain management tools
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years in customer service, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated and eager to learn within a structured support framework
Preferred:
- Experience handling large data sets
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, French, or Italian
- Previous work with globally distributed teams

- Salary range: $45,000–$50,000 annually
- Hybrid model: 50% work-from-home flexibility
