Com Laude, a global leader in domain portfolio management and online brand protection, is hiring a Customer Support Administrator to join our expanding Seattle-based hybrid team.

This is a client-facing administrative support role, ideal for entry-level professionals seeking hands-on experience in the tech-enabled intellectual property industry.

With a flexible work structure (50% remote, 50% in-office), this position offers an exciting path into the world of domain strategy and digital brand protection.

Your Responsibilities

As a technical client services administrator, you will support internal domain strategists in the delivery of high-quality service for leading global brands.

  • Process client orders, maintain records, and ensure accurate fulfillment
  • Assist with registry renewals, account clean-up, and documentation
  • Ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining a "white glove" customer experience
  • Help track and escalate risk tickets and incident reports
  • Support cross-functional communication and contribute to internal projects
  • Gain hands-on training in Com Laude’s bespoke domain management tools

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years in customer service, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn within a structured support framework

Preferred:

  • Experience handling large data sets
  • Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, French, or Italian
  • Previous work with globally distributed teams
