We are hiring a Data Entry & Claims Processor to join our fully remote customer support team.

About the Role
This full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST) requires a detail-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
As a key member of our team, you’ll work behind the scenes to manage claims data entry, order status updates, and assist with customer inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Process claims and input accurate data across internal platforms
- Provide customer support and data entry services across multiple channels
- Track order and claims status, offering timely updates to clients
- Educate customers about services, coverage, and policy information
- Identify recurring issues and escalate trends or complex claims for resolution
- Maintain compliance with medical insurance documentation and policies
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, claims processing, or remote customer service
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based communication tools
- Ability to work independently in a structured remote PST schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
