💻 Position Type: Full-Time | Salary: $150K–$200K/yr

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and scale high-performance backend services and APIs using modern programming languages like Go, Node.js, and Python
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and test-driven backend code following best engineering practices
  • Contribute to building RESTful APIs, database schemas, and scalable server-side applications
  • Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams to deploy and iterate features in production
  • Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use real-time performance feedback and data to iterate and optimize systems

✅ Requirements:

  • Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
  • Strong academic background with a high GPA and deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design
  • Hands-on project or internship experience in backend development using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, or similar tools
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus
  • Passionate about software engineering, continuous learning, and writing production-level backend code
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
