💼 Key Responsibilities
- Complete 26 weeks of hands-on freight broker training with an experienced mentor
- Develop and grow a client portfolio through outbound sales calls and relationship building
- Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to secure profitable freight deals
- Manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time transportation
- Provide transparent, proactive communication to clients, carriers, and internal teams
- Solve problems quickly to keep shipments on track
🎯 Qualifications
- Full-time availability, 100% in-office in Irving, TX
- Exceptional negotiation skills and professional communication abilities
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Military veterans encouraged to apply
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission
- Year 2–3 earnings potential: $75,000–$102,000+
