Liberty is currently hiring a skilled field service gas technician to deliver exceptional service across domestic gas servicing roles and heating repairs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn up to £45,000 per year, with additional uncapped earnings, professional development, and full support from a dedicated engineering team.
What You'll Do
As a gas safe registered engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Completing annual gas servicing and minor central heating repairs
- Ensuring compliance with all gas safety regulations, operational procedures, and health & safety standards
- Reporting work and incidents via PDA devices (PDA reporting gas engineer)
- Delivering top-tier customer service while resolving issues efficiently
- Participating in the out-of-hours gas engineer rota, responding to emergency callouts as needed
You'll be working with a wide range of clients, adapting to their needs and maintaining Liberty’s reputation for quality and safety.
Requirements
We’re looking for a dependable and qualified engineer who brings:
- Valid ACS certifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Strong understanding of gas legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or gas engineering (or equivalent preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) are a plus
