FlatironDragados is actively hiring Construction Laborers to join our dynamic team at the DFW Airport project site.

  • 📍 Location: Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport
  • 💼 Position Type: Full-Time | In-Person
  • 💵 Pay Rate: $18.00 – $23.00/hour

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Construction Site Laborer, your duties will include:

  • Assisting with construction site cleanup and clearing debris and hazards
  • Loading and unloading building materials and equipment
  • Participating in the setup and removal of scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
  • Digging trenches, compacting earth, and prepping areas for construction
  • Supporting site supervisors and skilled trades with manual labor tasks
  • Following all job site safety protocols, including PPE requirements
  • Completing assignments as directed by project managers and supervisors

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to pass a DFW Airport security clearance and pre-employment drug screening
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
  • Prior experience in construction labor, demolition, or general maintenance work is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and contribute to team-based construction projects
