We're currently hiring for a General Labor position at our Olympia, WA location.
This production line job offers competitive pay starting at $23.34/hour, with a $1,500 bonus package including sign-on and retention incentives.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
As a general laborer in our manufacturing facility, your tasks will include:
- Counting and stacking finished corrugated product
- Reading and following factory orders and production specifications
- Using gauges and test equipment to ensure product quality
- Performing basic shop math and completing production paperwork
- Operating within a team-based, high-output manufacturing environment
- Participating in clean-up duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, blowing down machinery, and managing scrap materials
✅ Job Qualifications
- Prior factory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to read production documentation and use basic measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Comfortable with physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks
