This high-demand role begins in June 2025 and runs through January 2026, with potential for extended engagement.
If you have hands-on experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems—or both—this is your moment to shine.
This full-time, fast-paced position operates on a 5x10s schedule, with 7-day per diem eligibility,
making it ideal for professionals seeking both technical challenge and financial reward in commercial construction project management.
What You’ll Do:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the project stays on schedule, on budget, and within scope.
You will:
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage RFIs, submittals, and detailed documentation workflows.
- Support complex MEP and CSA trade coordination, including constructability reviews and real-time issue tracking.
- Assist in creating and updating construction schedules, procurement logs, and progress dashboards.
- Uphold project compliance with engineering specifications, quality control standards, and strict safety protocols.
- Contribute to cost forecasting, change order management, and budget tracking initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in construction project engineering.
- Specialized background in CSA or MEP coordination, ideally within data center builds or similar high-complexity projects.
- Strong working knowledge of construction documentation, project scheduling software (such as P6 or MS Project), and change management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and quality assurance.
- Experience working with cross-functional construction teams and managing multiple stakeholders is highly desirable.
