We’re hiring for a Remote Outbound Call Centre Agent to join a high-performing team offering outstanding products to engaged customers.

This is a permanent remote sales representative position with a structured Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend shifts—perfect for professionals seeking stability and work-life balance.

Role Overview

As part of this virtual call centre career in the UK, you’ll make between 150–200 outbound sales calls daily using an automated dialler.

Your goal is to build rapport with potential customers, tailor offers that match their needs, and close 7–10 sales per day.

Full training and onboarding are provided to help you succeed in this target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers from home
  • Use product knowledge to pitch compelling offers with clear value
  • Log interactions and sales outcomes in CRM tools
  • Maintain compliance with call centre regulations and scripts
  • Meet or exceed daily sales targets and performance benchmarks

What You’ll Need

  • Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, telesales, or field sales
  • A quiet, professional home workspace with reliable internet
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Commitment to hitting KPIs and maintaining sales call compliance
