Remote Annotation & Transcription – Polly Project | OneForma - OneForma, a leading global digital and technology services provider, is seeking skilled audio annotation and transcription specialists for the Polly Project—a high-impact AI initiative designed to enhance speech recognition, transcription accuracy, and multilingual language processing systems.

This is a remote transcription opportunity for native speakers who excel at language accuracy, audio review, and data annotation.

As part of OneForma’s Polly Project, you will work on pre-transcribed audio files, ensuring each transcription is error-free, human-generated, and fully compliant with project guidelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Listen to audio recordings in your native language using OneForma’s dedicated transcription tool
• Review and correct pre-transcribed text to ensure 100% accuracy
• Apply formatting standards and linguistic rules as per OneForma’s guidelines
• Ensure quality control and consistency in transcription projects
• Maintain confidentiality and follow OneForma’s strict No-AI policy
• Pass a language certification before starting (OneForma will arrange special account access upon completion)

✅ Requirements

• Native speaker of one of the following: Arabic (Saudi Arabia), Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Finnish, French (France), Hebrew, Hindi, Italian, Korean, Malay, Norwegian Bokmål, Spanish (Spain), Thai, or Turkish
• Must be physically located in the corresponding country
• Experience in audio annotation, speech transcription, or linguistic data review
• Ability to commit 20–30 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency consistency
