Remote Construction Scheduler – Primavera P6 Expert - Are you an experienced construction scheduling professional with a strong background in Primavera P6 or MS Project?

InGenivm Group is actively hiring a Remote Construction Scheduler to support major commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the U.S.

This role plays a critical part in project success by ensuring accurate and timely planning, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.

  • Position Title: Construction Scheduler
  • Location: Remote – United States
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $135,000 – $195,000 per year

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and manage complex construction project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project timelines
  • Conduct critical path method (CPM) analysis to identify scheduling risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies
  • Generate and present progress reports, schedule forecasts, and recovery plans to stakeholders
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling meetings to align schedules with scope, budget, and deliverables
  • Support claims analysis, schedule impact studies, and documentation for project delay justifications

✅ Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of construction scheduling experience in commercial, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software; knowledge of MS Project is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, site logistics, and field operations
  • Familiarity with earned value management, resource loading, and baseline schedule development
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) is highly desirable
