Join PTS Advance as a Remote Customer Outreach Support Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in facilitating utility coordination, NJUNS data reporting, and customer documentation support for major powerline design and construction initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in remote administrative assistance, GIS mapping, project coordination, or electric utility infrastructure support.
You’ll directly contribute to project success while collaborating with cross-functional teams—all from your home office.

- Location: 100% Remote (Home Office Required)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hr
- Start Date: Immediate (Post Clearances)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage utility coordination tasks through NJUNS (National Joint Utilities Notification System)
- Research and verify property ownership using public records and customer databases
- Assist in preparing and tracking easement documents for overhead and underground utility lines
- Leverage GIS tools, Bluebeam, Excel, and SharePoint for accurate data entry and location verification
- Monitor project milestones and generate progress tracking reports (weekly/monthly)
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in utility design documents and field reports
- Act as a liaison between internal design teams, external stakeholders, and customers
- Maintain a strong focus on data confidentiality, compliance, and document integrity
- Proactively identify project discrepancies and communicate updates across departments
- Foster a safety-first work culture while adhering to company procedures and productivity goals
✅ Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with GIS mapping software, Bluebeam, and SharePoint platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a fully equipped quiet home office with reliable internet
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative virtual team environment
- A quick learner who is adaptable with workflow tools and document tracking systems
⚙️ Hiring Process & Additional Info:
- Candidates must pass a drug screening, driving record check, and Excel proficiency test
- Employment and references may be verified with client authorization
- Training will be provided on NJUNS platform, utility workflows, and company-specific systems
🗓️ Work Schedule:
Choose your ideal full-time schedule:
- 4 days x 10 hours
- 5 days x 9 hours + 1 half-day
- Standard 5 days x 8 hours
Core Availability: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM (Start between 7:00–8:00 AM)
