You will be responsible for handling inbound calls and live chats from internal and external insurance sales agents, supporting Medicare-related services including Scope of Appointment (SOA) and eligibility verification.
This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to HIPAA compliance, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced virtual contact center environment.
- 📍 Location: Remote – Work from Home
- 🕒 Type: Full-Time (Contract) | 40 Hours/Week
- 💵 Compensation: $17.50/hr + $1/hr Completion Bonus (Paid on 12/31/2025)

📞 Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls and LIVE chat interactions from health insurance agents
- Guide agents through Scope of Appointment (SOA) and Medicare Eligibility Verification
- Follow detailed scripts to ensure Medicare compliance and accurate data entry
- Provide real-time support on Medicare supplemental benefits, HRA assistance, and plan eligibility
- Maintain strict confidentiality with PHI (Protected Health Information)
- Ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a customer-first environment
- Balance phone calls, chats, and administrative work while meeting productivity goals
- Participate in team meetings and maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations and updates
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in remote customer support, healthcare call centers, or insurance verification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web-based chat systems, and CRM tools
- Accurate data entry and ability to work with Medicare-related systems
- Strong time management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability to fast-changing call center workflows
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently from home
