Your Remote Customer Support Specialist (SaaS) Role

As a technical support specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via live chat and email, managing over 100 tickets per week.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting recruitment software issues and platform navigation
  • Replicating and documenting bugs before escalating them to our development team
  • Assisting with API issue investigation support and resolving data-related queries
  • Guiding users with best practices for optimizing Pinpoint’s recruitment tools
  • Managing complex cases, offering timely updates, and ensuring complete resolution
  • Maintaining knowledge base articles and submitting product improvement feedback

This role blends technical problem-solving with empathetic communication, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while working with cutting-edge cloud software.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years in software support or customer success
  • Strong understanding of tools like Intercom, HubSpot, or Notion
  • Familiarity with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts (no coding required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • UK-based with full work authorization
