Remote E-learning Developer – Articulate Storyline Specialist - Are you an experienced eLearning developer with a passion for interactive training design, Articulate Storyline 360, and creating compelling digital learning experiences?

We are actively seeking a Remote E-learning Developer to join our creative team on a flexible, project-based basis.

This is a prime opportunity for a freelance instructional design expert who thrives in the digital education space, especially within pharmaceutical sales training and other corporate learning environments.

  • Position Title: E-learning Developer
  • Location: Remote – United States
  • Job Type: Contract / Project-Based
  • Pay Rate: $45 – $49 per hour

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive eLearning modules and educational games using Articulate Storyline 360
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and creative teams to align with defined learning objectives
  • Convert complex concepts into engaging microlearning, gamified training, and scenario-based simulations
  • Ensure content meets WCAG accessibility standards, is cross-platform compatible, and works seamlessly across LMS systems
  • Conduct QA testing, troubleshoot technical bugs, and implement revisions swiftly
  • Integrate graphic design, animations, and UX best practices to enhance learner engagement and retention

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in eLearning content development using Articulate Storyline 360
  • Strong grasp of instructional design principles, interactive learning theory, and adult learning methodologies
  • Basic to intermediate skills in graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, or UX/UI design are a bonus
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, LMS systems, and responsive course design
  • Excellent time management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare training content is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple concurrent deliverables
