Position: Content Writer & Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
∙Write engaging, original, and SEO-optimized content for:
- Blogs, articles, and website pages.
- Email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases.
- Property descriptions and project brochures.
Develop compelling captions, posts, and creative taglines for all social media platforms.
Create scripts for video content, including short reels, promotional videos, and explainer videos.
Collaborate with the design team to create infographics, posters, and visual content.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and alignment with brand tone.
Research and repurpose existing content into new formats such as eBooks, whitepapers, or carousel
posts.
2. Social Media Management:
- Manage and execute daily posting schedules across platforms including but not limited to Instagram,
- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to optimize content
- strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement on Google
- Reviews & other social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts to provide actionable insights and
- improvements.
3. Research & Ideation:
- Stay updated with industry trends, real estate market news, and emerging social media tools.
- Brainstorm and suggest innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
4. Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall campaign goals.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content and platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research tools.
