  • 💰 Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000

🚧 What You’ll Do

As a senior civil engineer, you’ll lead the technical direction, coordination, and execution of civil site development, stormwater drainage, utility systems, and transportation infrastructure projects. You’ll manage timelines, client expectations, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with local, county, and state regulatory standards.

  • Lead and supervise project teams across multiple project types
  • Design and review site layouts, grading and drainage plans, utility designs, and roadway infrastructure
  • Ensure timely permitting and agency coordination with city, county, and utility authorities
  • Solve complex engineering challenges such as design conflicts and cross-agency coordination
  • Mentor junior engineers and designers through technical training and hands-on support
  • Contribute to business development and represent Galloway in client-facing interactions

📐 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a board-approved institution
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months)
  • 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, or public infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, hydrology/hydraulic software, and technical report preparation
  • Proven ability to manage project teams, deadlines, and client expectations
