This entry-level internship is fully onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin, and ideal for candidates with a background or interest in technical operations, equipment handling, and process support.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to daily engineering functions, and receive practical exposure to technical support and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineering technicians and the site manager with day-to-day tasks
- Operate landscape and light industrial equipment safely and independently
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support administrative reporting
- Provide operational support across various projects and field tasks
- Ensure safety and efficiency in all task execution
Candidate Profile
- Entry-level with an interest in engineering, field operations, or related fields
- Prior experience with landscape or mechanical equipment is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Capable of working independently while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be available to work onsite in Kohler, WI throughout the summer internship period
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $15.00–$20.00/hr (based on experience)
