We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Traffic Clerk to support our warehouse team in managing daily logistics coordination, route scheduling, and parcel handling operations.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, values organization, and enjoys working as part of a high-functioning logistics and supply chain team.

Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (May shift to 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Dress Code: Casual – jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and closed-toe tennis shoes (no hoods, earbuds, or headphones on warehouse floor)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound traffic scheduling for delivery trucks and local routes
  • Maintain organized records of scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Assist in the small parcel area: picking, packing, labeling, and processing shipments
  • Operate a Stand-Up Lift (forklift) to move inventory as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and logistics tracking
  • Support warehouse operations and inventory control tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with drivers, warehouse associates, and dispatch to optimize workflow

📦 Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in warehouse logistics, shipping coordination, or small parcel processing strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management systems and warehouse technology
  • Experience operating stand-up forklifts or willingness to train
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
