We’re hiring a dedicated Office Assistant & Event Coordinator to support workplace operations and office event logistics at our bustling Atlanta office.
This is a full-time administrative hospitality role, offering consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and a competitive pay rate of $20/hour.
The position is based in the heart of Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the team, you'll oversee both office administration and corporate event planning assistant tasks, including:
- Providing real-time meeting room support across all office floors
- Liaising with organizers to verify AV, lighting, seating, and room temperature requirements
- Ensuring seamless guest experiences by anticipating and addressing workspace needs
- Monitoring space occupancy, managing bookings, and reclaiming unused rooms
- Supporting office event logistics coordination and pantry preparation
- Handling kitchen inventory, loading dishwashers, and maintaining food displays
- Managing event setup and pantry management in compliance with "White Glove" cleanliness standards
- Coordinating with facility maintenance to report and resolve workspace issues
- Tracking supply levels and assisting in food/beverage arrangements for in-house events
Qualifications
- Experience in office assistant event coordinator jobs or front-of-house office support
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting supplies, restocking shelves)
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a hospitality-first attitude
- Familiarity with tools like email, basic scheduling systems, and room booking platforms
