This is a full-time administrative hospitality role, offering consistent hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and a competitive pay rate of $20/hour.

The position is based in the heart of Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the team, you'll oversee both office administration and corporate event planning assistant tasks, including:

  • Providing real-time meeting room support across all office floors
  • Liaising with organizers to verify AV, lighting, seating, and room temperature requirements
  • Ensuring seamless guest experiences by anticipating and addressing workspace needs
  • Monitoring space occupancy, managing bookings, and reclaiming unused rooms
  • Supporting office event logistics coordination and pantry preparation
  • Handling kitchen inventory, loading dishwashers, and maintaining food displays
  • Managing event setup and pantry management in compliance with "White Glove" cleanliness standards
  • Coordinating with facility maintenance to report and resolve workspace issues
  • Tracking supply levels and assisting in food/beverage arrangements for in-house events

Qualifications

  • Experience in office assistant event coordinator jobs or front-of-house office support
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting supplies, restocking shelves)
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a hospitality-first attitude
  • Familiarity with tools like email, basic scheduling systems, and room booking platforms
